from what I tried, it is just a timer that unlocks the option to pick who will become mayor which will only activate with a clearly marked choice in red in the Mayor's office. You can prepare as much as you need before activating the choice

i have got the pendrive and increased the deouty mayor and mayor canditate stats to 2000 still the only option i m seeing is the francis one

yeah thats because you need to find a way to get rid of Francis. unless you get rid of him, you can only choose Francis.

- I receive phone call to provide support, then I go, but nothing happens. Supposed to be attacked then a minotaur event that i can skip and then sent to hospital.

3) You are not working with Kevin Spacey.
4) In that case, I thought Arisu Huafei (Mayoral Candidate) would become the mayor, but it seems that is not the case.
Since no one can become mayor, the ending will not occur and therefore you will not be able to start over before the election.
