Came back to take a look at the game and saw... still no update. Iam not really following the thread or the development... so i took a look at some pages back... huhm, Killer7 is tangled up in a court-case about cryptocurrency as i see it.
Didnt know there is a court-case going on right now in germany (and cant find anything about it, would be interesting to know), the last one was about OneCoin... big case and the real bad guys werent even part of it cause they are living in paradise right now, god knows where and throwing out the scammed money like its nothing...

So prequel it is now? Hm, not really interested in that though. Hopefully the main game will continue in due time.

So crooks made false charges to discredit a witness against them, and the authorities took it seriously? They must have admitted to a little and painted him as a the mastermind, a co-conspirator, or somesuch for anyone to have given their claims any credence. Making accusations against the witnesses against you is a even older trick than bumping them off.

I'm not sure that's the order of events ... you may be right, but it sounded more like he was framed (maybe not the only one) before there was a case against "them" but during the time he was being investigated, another case was brought against his accusers ... one which sounds like it should somewhat invalidate the accusation. Also his accuser fled the country (continent?).

This is all from K7's point of view, so I'm just filtering what I remember him posting, of course.

Okay, usually I ignore these posts, especially when someone from Germany claims to have researched and read everything even though you clearly haven't. I don't know if you are that other guy from the pedo corner, but I guess you are since the names are similar.

You can't find anything about a cryptocase in germany right now because the case against me is not even opened yet. The state attorney is still investigating ( since september 13th, 2023, where they seized my equipment ). There is nothing for the press to report yet ( or even show up on the court site ) because it's still, like I said, being investigated. They are investigating based on falsified evidence ( that I stated multiple times, photos of a screenshot of an unknown phone ) and they took my equipment to see if anything on those photos is real. It was whatsapp and telegram chats, both things people can easily fake online, but the state attorney ( and even some judges ) are clueless about that shit, even though you can find apps for it on the app store.

The case where I'm the victim and witness though, that one is public and easily to find ( Case file KLs / 24 , not giving you the full case number yet but you can see it on my local court that hearings are happening this week on thursday ( and yesterday ) for it, "Große strafkammer", not that I ever intend to give anyone the full case number because, you know, that shit is private for a reason until the sentence has been spoken out ). The main suspect, who is the main accuser in the case against me, fled to thailand and his 4 friends are currently being accused in court.

It has nothing to do with what I intend to do with Olivia and it never has. You really think that any conflict with a character I might had would lead to me working on a prequel and "ditching" the main game? Really? Especially now that a part of the story was reached I was working towards for for 2 years? The fact that Anna woke up basically meant I could finally start working on this game how I always intended, with the big looming factor of amnesia etc being gone, doing what I can do best apparently which is writing wholesome household loving harems. Trust me, I really don't care what people think about any of my love interests, they are my characters and I decide myself what I do with them, who gets lewded and who doesn't. Who knows, maybe you can lewd Dr. Slatni or Martin? Who cares about shit like that. Lewding a character was never the focus on any of my games, its all about the relationship you have with them and how it builds up to something loving and cute. And no one influences me on these decision, I decide myself what I do and there is a reason I never comment on this stuff because it bores me to tell people that over and over again. Just chill and play the game and if you want to have clarity, stop playing it and check again when you think "Okay, maybe now it happened" to see if it did. It's a game after all, how boring is it when you know every single detail leading up to something?

But yeah, sorry for the long message. Someone just showed me that message from those weirdos and I had to clarify something. But of course, you can believe and think what you want. If you want to think I made this all up because I don't want to work on My New Memories anymore then do that. But you could not be more wrong. I've never been in a more mental disstress and despair than I am right now because I can't continue working on this game for the time being, because I'm at the mercy of the law enforcement in Germany to get at least my assets back. This game means more to me than I'd like to admit because working on it helped ( and still helps with the prequel ) overcome the trauma I experienced last year, not only with the police raiding my apartment but also what these 5 pieces of shit did to me. Getting robbed while being threatened with a knife is not something I wish for anyone.

There are a million plus 1 F95 clones, there are some that scrape the links from here but are their own sites, you've got the known ones that make you pay links eg SVS, there is the Russian one Pornoisland, there are some niche smaller ones as well that offer same content here that are not clones, and there is another that devs even put their stuff on, like FAP.

I can't believe this argument is back again.

It is K7's game and what happens, happens. Since Alice is lewdable in MNF, I see no reason for Olivia not to be lewdable here. Everyone in this game is an adult, there is no loli in sight. I also feel like people are taking swipes in this thread that are getting close to breaking the no kink shaming rule. Some people like petite characters, some like huge breasts. Some people will find this game to be the most boring thing they have ever downloaded because it is heavy on story. That's fine too, just don't go whining about in this thread.

I enjoy this game for the characters and story and while I would prefer Olivia to be lewdable, what I really want to see is K7 get their drives back, get past the shitstorm they have to deal with and get back to being able to work on this game and not have to deal with any more bullshit about the case. I am also looking forward to playing the prequel because at least it allows us back into part of the world of this game.

3. No recent post has asked for her to be lewdable. We have said it's up to the dev and is currently undecided. Stop with the gaslighting.

Please, I'm not an idiot. Given that I pushed back against comments like yours two posts back, I was clearly implicated whether mentioned by name or not.

Once again, you are misrepresenting the situation. I said "No recent post has asked for her to be lewdable." Asking for an age patch for the daughters =/= asking for her to be lewdable (which is again not what is happening). I'm neither defending nor asking for an unnecessary age patch.

I don't really understand this line of argument from you and others because to me she looks only slightly younger than Morgan and Sophie. Saying the two of them are totally fine despite them also looking young/petite but saying Olivia, who looks similar and is also clearly pubescent, too loli-like is very disingenuous. The actual loli fans would label her a hebe rather than a loli and, even here on F95zone where rule 7 bans many such games, she is allowed. Hell, you can find adult video performers with a similar body type - she is young looking, yes, but is still in the realm of plausibly adult.

Second, her inclusion/exclusion as an LI has been uncertain for most of this game's existence. Yes, when first posted K7 said in the dev notes that she would not be an LI. But that was shortly after removed and replaced with "Also, all the characters you will meet in the game will eventually be lewdable.". Admittedly, K7 has not from what I've seen confirmed one way or the other and has only said he'll do whatever whatever is right for the characters. But this is in line with what others have said happened with Alice in MNF where she was initially not an LI before becoming uncertain and eventually becoming an LI.
