Thanks for the translation. I love these series, although I don't get why Musumama 2 was skipped. I think it was the hottest one since the mother was more reluctant.

Regardless of cracked games and their false positive tendency, this game is super sus.
What happens is that the Musumama.exe process runs an embedding shell command to wuapihost.exe, (The process used to update your windows) then it injects into WMIADAP.EXE, (Another legit windows file that gives system info to scrips and applications) and it creates a whole bunch of registry entries, some of which caught my eye, such as, "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\Option"
Why on earth is it screwing around with the safeboot registry keys? I've seen what some cracks do to function, and this is kind of nutty. If whatever the program they use to make this game work is just that intrusive, it would be funny if it wasn't so risky.
Edit: And for you numpties that just run stuff willynilly, at least get this...

Normally we get 'It's a false positive' and move on. This the most I've seen in investigation into the crack. Is there anything we can get that's more confirming as to weather or not this game contains viruses?
Thats because a lot of people here are absolutely fucking retarded but most people just want to have fun too, even if sometimes retarded but thats pornsites fo you. Seldom someone actually checks their downloads, stuff like that. I'd pay the moderators on these places since it feels hellish.
But thats only part of the reality. When it comes to the crack itself its also around 4.5 years old but theres conflicting reports about that. Theres a higher chance most of the edited or added regentries do nothing. Theres a high chance was the coder just using a broad brush in order to hamfist a fix because these games uncracked are very prone to be very unstable too and making a good crack for these type of games that have custom measures can be a nightmare. Still very sussy though, should've at least patched all those holes when the cracker knew it wouldn't help.
Another thing is that this game may cease to function at some point too once more modern operating systems roll out, thats usually a sign of terribly coded games, which for most programms shouldn't matter. The translation file is sourced from Sugoi and the crack was sourced from some godforsaken old place. Theres also only one crack circulating for this game I think.
It was translated but the translator doesn't want to release a public (free) version.

The translation needs some more work i see some hiccups in the dialog
Nobody, since nobody knows who made the crack and how trustworthy that person is. I would honestly just stay away, there are tons of other great games on this website.
Ask yourself whether a short fap for 2-3 hours is worth risking to give someone control over your system.
The problem is that I've been waiting for a long time for this game to get a PROPER translation (not a half assed lazy mtl).
So I guess it's not worth the risk.

But, Bob, I'm not even given the chance to keep the game. Besides, 2 Trojans showing up on my computer is not my imagination. My computer is still acting weird.
Correction, I did get an option to keep the game, and I did. When I tried to open the file to play the game, my computer again, said virus and wiped the file. That's when the Trojans appeared.
I played it and haven't noticed any malware effects since running it. And aside from the cracked file itself, windows defender hasn't found anything after playing the game. For whatever that is worth. Another game from this series had a similar issue with the crack (Itsumama, 2 IIRC) being detected as a trojan and I similarly had to exclude that game's folder from virus protection so it would stop deleting the .exe automatically.
The MTL was okay, with the main issue being a lot of wrong pronouns. Quite a few 'he's swapped for 'she's and 'you's swapped for 'I's. Most of the time you could tell from the context who was actually being referred to, although in a few cases it did create some ambiguity. And I found that it did hinder being immersed in the scenes sometimes. I don't know why the people who make these translations don't bother to at least go through and edit the more obvious translation errors like incorrect pronouns. If they had done even a single playthrough/readthrough and corrected most of the obvious stuff it would actually be a pretty decent translation.
Overall, I would say it is not one of the better games in this game series. I haven't done the mothers POV playthrough yet (probably not going to, tbh), but there wasn't really any tension or friction from the incest that needed to be overcome for the relationship to progress. The mom was pretty much down to jerk off and sex the son with only the slightest invitation and they had already progressed to full sex by like the 4th or maybe 5th H scene, even before the choice that sets the ending. So the pacing was also pretty damn quick. I haven't gone back to check any previous games, but it definitely seemed to be shorter than the other games of this series. It felt like only 2/3rds or so of the number of H scenes as the previously translated games in this series had.
I suspect all the better games from this series have already been translated, and that there is a reason why the other ones remain untranslated. Which is a shame, because 3 or 4 of the games in this series that have been translated are actually pretty good, IMO.

Can't really say more.These games are cracked over at the Chinese forum bbs4.2djgame and most of their cracks trigger MS, they had some annoying practices in their cracks some years ago with popups and if you removed some ad files they put on the games the games wouldn't work and would open a browser to their webpage instead. I don't think they did that for too many games before they stopped.
Anyway, I have had this crack since 2019 and played this game a few times over the years and can confirm I still have all my bank accounts doing just fine.
I'd still recommend you don't download things you don't think are safe, better safe than sorry, or at least don't run as administrator.
By the way, if you want someone to validate the file for you, try to submit it to Microsoft and see if they approve it, if they do then the warning will go away, if not then...

I just tried on Pixeldrain and the same thing happened except this time it gave me the option to keep the game. But just before it finished unpacking, my computer said "Couldn't download, virus detected", and removed it from my computer. What can I do?
I don't think it's a good idea to shut down my computer protection (and I'm not paying for fancy protection, it's what comes with the computer). It's there to protect my computer and me.
