I'd imagine it's supposed to be about immersion as opposed to "some kind of hard on for commercial real estate", and I'd also imagine eventually there will be some kind of story arc that happens when you are bad at your job, maybe some kind of submissive arc were you have to do things to convince your bosses not to fire you... shameful, degrading things.

Like Gibberish666 says it's pretty easy to cheat if reading/remembering is hard for you, it's a tough line for a Dev to balance, I for one am happy for the Dev to make it a little harder than it needs to be rather than risk slipping down a dull VN route.
This game is near the top of my watch list because it has managed to present itself as more than a porn slide show, and I hope it continues to aim that little bit higher with its immersion ideals.

MC is in a no win situation in this game. The very first scene welcomes MC right into the deep - when you play more, MC is doing everything this game affords the player to do, yet it fails just the same - not to mention lack of a paycheck right in the day it was suppsoed to drop and game over ... for shits and giggles, I guess.
Story wise, MC is always the underdog ... burning charm points to get anywhere while the ”devil incarnate” as he calls JAck gets the promotion and MC or anyone else for that matter is not considered for the position, they start looking for another hire, even tho JAck lost the deal and it is canonical that the firm is not making money - the talks from the boss are very telling - yet someone else is getting promoted, boss goes on vacation while MC is relegated lower down the line, now MC answers to more people he has to ghost write deals for, while they get promotion and vacation in a firm that is not getting ahead at all.

There is no element of support. They keep their job and prosper while MC keeps his job.
That is it. MC never gets ahead. This game is a dead end job for MC in corpo business on top of spending big to even have relationships, let alone live a normal life. How would MC keep a steady income and a job if the whole point is him making it in the dating scene, while roadblocked all over the place?

This game is a miracel and it can only still be a miracle is MC is constantly on the receiving end of bad or worse situations where bare minimum and base human emotions and needs get met ... There does not seem to be any progression at the job or in the relationships, rather roadblock after roadblock for shits and giggles.

I mean it's a corpo job...but it's worse than that. It's a small corpo job where HR is irrelevant and there is no true board oversight. Where nepotism happens and their ain't shit you can do about it. Listen, I lived this lol. If anyone hasn't, consider yourself fortunate. This game is about 30-50% based on real life kids hahahaha! I don't write this stuff to beat the players up or be a dick. It's just shit based on real life experiences. If it gives anyone any comfort, my life is btr so lol technically it will have a happy ending.

A Week dude!! what do you expect it to be like, --everyone falls to their knees, crying "the One has finally arrived!", "please let us fall on our swords for you!!!"--, you get support from Rob, Sofia, Reggie (emotional support counts), you have potential support from Natalie, Emma and Huma (never underestimate the power of Admin), and probably most important you seem to have the potential for gathering clients into your corner. Who knows though it's definitely possible that all of this potential will be ignored and it will turn out to be yet another slideshow VN like you seem to think... I'm not banking on that though.

Slowly...IRL work gets in the way. Paused Pmts last few months b/c not enough progress. More progress this month.

But I understand your complaints overall. The game feels very chaotic trying to navigate everything. However, my understanding is that it's designed to be played multiple times where making different decisions offers a unique playthrough with different scenes and so on. Evidently, most players don't want that kind of game which the dev has acknowledged. But what's done is done, can't backtrack at this point.

Don't know when a gallery will be coming, though. The bulk of the work is spent on the updates as it is I'd imagine.

Yeah, wouldn't do multi routes again. 50% of players want choice and 50% don't and if you are going to lose 50% prob btr to lose the 50% that is more work. But is what it is. That said, also when we started this game X # years ago we were in a different place career, family life etc. and had more time. Out of curiosity, if you were to just have 1 route rather than multiple, what would your default MC be? Romance stuff, darker stuff, or somewhere in between? Maybe depending on the LI? Like something tells me you'd have MC domming the feminist manager for sure But others like Kori, Diya, etc., I'm not as sure. It's a shame, because both sides of their coins are enjoyable Though I can't lie about which I tend to prefer.. hrmmm..

It may be a bug. You can download universal renpy mod (URM) and give yourself the salary to make up for it.

I think Diya only appears twice at both gas station visits. Neither has a sex scene. If you go the dark route, she flashes you in the first visit, but that's it.

Well...we don't condone, nor have any relationship with the unauthorized fan material on this thread. We understand why fans like the unauthorized fan content. For the Dev team there is only one route, pure romance. For me personally, it would be hard b/c real life I'd never do the dark things that the unauthorized fan content allows but maybe in my dark fantasy mind I wish I could

There are girls and content that isn't personally my jam that is in the game, i.e. femdom. I think the assumption is often if it's in the game it must me the dev is down to clown IRL on that fetish. That's not the case for me. Some stuff that gets in here is just b/c it makes sense story wise or an ADHD whim. My fav girls are usually whomever I am writing at the time but I have found my fav character to write is Tsundere characters i.e. Mallorie. She is probably the most fun to write. Nichole is fun. All the shorties are fun to write. Landlady is fun in a different way. I like many don't care for Janice but she is fun to write. Sofia and Abby tickle my romance bone a lot. Stacy is awesome to write b/c she is such a challenge. So many peeps wrote her off early and hate her that writing her redemption story is a challenge

Right now my top 3-4 can't wait for MC to have sex with is prob Mallorie, Nichole, Lana and Maria lol, all the shorties, followed by Sofia, Abby and Stacy maybe. But would love to get to Emma. Diya. Update is slow b/c of IRL work and life. Maybe 1/3-2/3 done form a writing art standpoint. Then it get's QC'd and then off to code. I'd say July might be reasonable but hard saying b/c we all three work very demanding jobs etc.

The Darker stuff in particular is mesmerizing because you are freed from any consequences, I'd never do any of the rougher stuff in real life because I'd be too worried about causing harm, something you don't need to concern yourself with when your partner is fictional.

Dude don't cast shade on Janice (or "My future Cum Dump" as I like to think of her ), IMO There is very little that is sexier than dominating another Alpha, I even like that she has a bit of a belly, imperfect characters make a huge difference to the immersion of a story, nothing pulls me out faster than a lineup of identical Barbie Doll body types (I just wish her angry face wasn't so ugly though... So many women look super hot when they are pissed off... why couldn't Janice be one of them? )

Agreed. That's the difference IMHO between "normies" and people with mental health issues. "Normies" can distinguish they really aren't God, Tom Brady, want to sleep with their sister/mom/step-mom/daughter/dad or have demons/FBI/Aliens chasing them, etc. When Jack the Ripper was killing folks, the public thought it was the guy playing Hyde in DJ&MH because they thought the actor must also be evil in order to play an evil character. It's just not true. Wasn't true then and isn't true now. I can write many a terrible thing, but it doesn't mean I want to perform those terrible things or seem them done. I generally invent worlds for people to play in. I hope that people can distinguish reality for themselves and between what I write and who I am. Most of us watching Nazi's on TV or in a movie can figure out that the actors are not Nazi's, they just play them. The director, the writers, none of them are Nazi's they are just writing about heir terrible deeds. I'm not a femdom guy, I just sneak it in when it sees like a thing for example. No, no. Not at all. What I'm saying is that people who actually struggle to distinguish dark fantasy from reality should stay clear of things that evoke their fantasies. There are extraordinarily few of these people (proportional to the entire population of adults on earth) who fall into this group. But if a person already has dark thoughts about raping women in parking lots or whatever, consuming content that gives those themes a place to live is a bad idea. If you're a drug addict, you don't hang around with people offering and using if you want to get clean. It's the same idea here: if you already have thoughts of doing horrible things, wisdom would dictate that entertaining and amplifying those with content portraying that same stuff could lead to fantasy bleeding into reality.
