Did an MTL of this but before considering a download do note the following:
First:
This is pure MTL poetry, almost no manual cleaning up has been done (word wrapping has been done though)
Second:
While I played through the game (all different routes I could find) to make sure everything worked, I found a total of 3 bugs that I fixed but one of them was a bit "scary" since all it did was remove a choice from the game, forcefully choosing the first option in one dialog. I would never have found that bug if it didn't occur at the same time as another one so while comparing the translated to the non-translated version of the game, I realized I was missing a choice.
As mentioned, I did play through all the different routes I could find and everything SEEMS to work ok, but since there was one place where simply translating the dialog had randomly removed a choice it is possible that there are other cases like that, that I did not notice.

Just wondering, I get a "game already open" error message when i try to open the game whether I use locale emulator or just trying to open it normally, do you know how to resolve this?
Unfortunately not, it's not something I've encountered myself.
Since I just zipped my game folder as is, it might be worth trying to remove the game.ini to reset the settings.
And speaking of settings, it could also be worth trying out various settings that you can alter from the config.exe, it's not translated (no idea how to translate that one) but I guess the top left (3d accelerated rendering on/off) and top right (DirectX 11 vs 9) might be worth messing around with.
Yeap removing the game ini worked thanks man! Do you plan to MTL the rest of Hige To Deko's works as well?
Not really sure. I just MTL what I want to play and since I just do it for personal use, I usually just ignore any minor quirks and untranslated sections (for the occasional untranslated parts I just point my tablet with the google translate app towards the monitor and let that translate it

Yeap using MTL always is a 50/50 process. I feel that normal MTL is enough though for the rest of the games considering how weird the process of unpacking Wolf RPG games is.
