I wanted to know, if we format our pc or buy a new one. Will the software still work or will we have to buy it again ?

No, you don't have to buy it back, you have to have your account reset and start it from scratch on the new computer.
Same if you want to move the use to another computer.
Zenpy Pro works with the account+computer combination.
I use it on two different computers at the same time, so I purchased two licenses, one for each computer.
