Wait, that was the conclusion to vol.8?
But I thought he used protection.
I thought it looked like it broke or something.
20 years ago those things must have been very cheap and unreliable.
Also, why didn't Olivia mention how she almost died from the begining?
Does that mean, we will have to run into Nathan again?

If you look at the pattern of the last game and apply his thinking here you might be right he won't let it change. Why?
There would be no Cleo.
The main story was better then all the rest. I didn't even bother ending the other quests.
They should just put everything in the main story.

No, I think the next one was someone (looks like Penny) getting pushed down from the water tower, and then someone getting shot as the last one
